Innovate Cadre
The objectives of the Innovate Cadre are to:

Encourage teachers to understand and develop the skills for the most effective techniques for teaching the 21st Century Learner
-
Facilitate conversations in home districts about these concepts
-
Provide a cost-effective way to begin to change the conversation about education
Guidelines:
-
Two teachers from each member district. Contact us if you’d like to send more.

Teachers will be encouraged to share information gained to at least three colleagues.
-
The end of year focus will be to implement one of the ideas.

Teachers choosing to complete a project are eligible for three hours of Graduate Credit.

Cost of the cadre is FREE to member districts. ($1500 Non-Member).

Districts pay the substitute costs and mileage. The Service Center is diligently pursuing grant opportunities in-district costs, materials, stipends and technology.Principals encouraged and invited to attend ½ day each semester.

A PLC model will be used for Lunch-time Book Studies. Books will be provided for participants.
